Sometimes issues come up with your personal computer equipment where you need a hand getting it working again. It could be anything from setting up a new computer, help getting a printer working, an issue with the wifi at your home, or troubleshooting a hardware issue. We can provide assistance with these kinds of issues for you.

With the incredibly large number of software packages, hardware vendors, etc., it is typically best to contact us to see if we can help with a specific need. As an idea of some items we can assist with and some we cannot, here is a breakdown of some common systems.

How we bill

Service for individuals is typically provided remotely, such as over the phone or utilizing one of our remote support tools. Under special circumstances, on-site visits and support after normal business hours may be available. Please make sure to contact us to see if it is available in your situation. If work is done on-site it will incur a trip fee based upon distance as required. The breakdown for the different types of support offered is as follows:

Billing and payment terms

Invoices are generated and due at time of service. You will need to register an account on our online portal, where you will be able to see your invoices. You can pay the invoices online through Paypal or by check.
