To aid in securing your account, we have implemented multi-factor authentication utilizing time based tokens.  These tokens require the use of an application running on your mobile device.  There are several different options that you can use and we recommend using WatchGuard AuthPoint, Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, any of which are downloadable from your mobile devices app store.  Once you have one downloaded, we recommend enabling it by logging into your account, going under the right most menu option (Hello, Your Name Here) and choosing the option for Security Settings.  There you will find the option to enable Two-Factor Authentication.

At this time we are not requiring it for all client accounts, but we are highly recommending it.  Subject to change on any feedback that we receive, we are planning on requiring it starting November 1st, 2022.
